Dr. Emma Lynn has a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from Colorado State University.

She recently successfully defended her dissertation titled “#MeToo Media and Hollywood: Challenging Sexual Violence in Film and Television and the Limits of Media Industries.”

Dr. Lynn’s research interests include cultural studies, feminist media studies, media industries, genre, race, gender, and sexual violence.

She additionally has experience in social media, film, and radio production.
